No Return & Exchange Policy

• As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal conditions.
• Unstitched collections are not eligible for return or exchange. Any concerns regarding unstitched items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Complaints after this period will not be entertained.

Conditional Exchange

• If there is a mistake from our side or a major quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Our Quality Assurance team will assess the issue. If approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

• Orders paid via Credit Card or Bank Transfer can be canceled or modified within 48 hours of placing the order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized orders, discounted items, and stitched lawn products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
