Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. However, if you receive a product with a quality issue, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery for review.

Can I return or exchange an unstitched outfit?

Unstitched collections are not eligible for return or exchange. Any complaints regarding unstitched items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders paid via Credit Card or Bank Transfer can be canceled or modified within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes will not be possible.

Are discounted or customized items eligible for return?

No, items that are customized or purchased at a discount are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?

If you find a quality issue with your product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our Quality Assurance team will review the issue and may offer an exchange or store credit if a major fault is found
